En sintonía con la Iglesia Universal, los integrantes de la comunidad educativo pastoral del Colegio Salesiano de Alto Hospicio, cada día, hacen un paréntesis en sus actividades regulares, a eso de las 12.00 hrs., para rezar el Ángelus. Desde hace unos días la oración es en idioma Inglés. En el trabajo por alcanzar el desafío de ser un colegio bilingüe, la Dirección ha decidido hacer en idioma inglés este momento de oración a la Virgen Santísima: The Angelus Prayer. El lunes 08 de abril se entregó una versión de la oración a cada integrante de los 20 cursos del colegio. A partir de ahora y durante todos los días del año escolar, se rezará The Angelus Prayer. La oración del Ángelus se suele hacer a medio día, deteniendo la jornada de trabajo para efectuar un saludo a la Santísima Virgen María. Trae a la actualidad los momentos de la Encarnación y Anunciación de Nuestro Señor Jesucristo. The Angelus Prayer We entrust this day in the hands of Mary help of Christian and beg for her company and protec-tion. We pray together: LEADER: The Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary… RESPONSE: And she conceived of the Holy Spirit. LEADER: Behold the handmaid of the Lord. RESPONSE: Be it done unto me according to Your Word. LEADER: And the Word was made flesh… RESPONSE: And dwelt among us. Hail Mary… LEADER: Pray for us, O holy Mother of God. RESPONSE: That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. LEADER: Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,: RESPONSE: As it was in the beginning, also now, and always, and to ages of ages. Amen. LEADER: Let us pray: Pour forth, we beseech You, O Lord, Your Gra-ce into our hearts; that as we have known the incar-nation of Christ, your Son by the message of an angel, so by His passion and cross we may be brought to the glory of His Resurrec-tion.
